anyone know how to test an app that need to work when roaming is on ? (data roaming)

I have Motorola new Razr phone, from Verizon, and I cant force my phone to roam

I tried switch to GSM and search for networks found nothing , I cant seems to have an option to search for network with CDMA and when I switch to global I just get verizon again

apart from driving to a place where Verizon has no connectivity and some other carrier has it (very hard to find in MA where I live) I do not have any other idea,

anyone ?

or if someone can do this with his phone, I can send you my app
