Default How to make apps?

I currently have some really good app ideas, that I believe would sell greatly, I have a macbook pro and want to make apps, so if anyone could help me get a program or something where I can make apps it would be greatly appreciated!

The best thing to do is grab a book and learn some basic programming. Many games can be made with actually very little programming skill. The O'Reilly books are a great place to start.
