Default Have an APP idea, need step 1 advice!

I want to create an app for an android tablet. It is basically just 6 to 12 simple games I need to create.. The pad doesn't have to do anything else. People will play these games, be scored by time and achievement, and it needs to record these scores per user. It's a dexterity test basically.. Should I buy a basic cheap tablet? How do I design the games? Sorry to bother anyone, just need advice. Thanks!!

In theory, you donīt need anything but a computer to develop an android app. Google about eclipse for android and android-sdk integration.

It comes with the so called emulator that allows you to test your developed app

Start with this tutorial, if you know how to program.
Android Development Tutorial
If not, i do recommend you to start a java hello world.

Three months ago, i did not know anything about android and i built and app just now (but i am a experienced c++ developer).

Please, install my app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.m2sd.photodream and post a comment on my thread PhotoDream

You'll need to learn Java to develop for the Android tablets, or use HTML/CSS/JS for simpler games. Game theory is harder than other types of programming, so get into a Java classroom and give yourself a year to learn the language fundamentals and simpler programs.
