[Request] App that will sync streaming audio to multiple devices at once

Anyone out there know if its possible to write an app that will allow multiple devices to play the same audio at once?

I was disc golfing the other day and we had no music, but 4 of us had droids. One droid wasnt loud enough to really hear but if we all had them linked together to play simultaneously then it would work well. Is there some pc streaming app or maybe a bluetooth app that could do that?
