the iphone has this app that's called e-secure for protection one home alarm system which can be used to arm and disarm the alarm system from the iphone anywhere...i couldn't find any app like this on the android market

Who makes the app for iPhone? If it is your security company, then you would need to contact them. Most of the time they have a private api for applications like that.

If it wasn't I'd be interested in seeing how they did it. Most security companies don't leave an open api out there for anyone to access.
