Hi I'm wondering if an app or apps can be made where you can choose a contact to back up the sms. I only need it for one contact. And the same for call recording. All the ones of found so far don't have the function to choose a contact so this is done automatically

Hi,
You can use SMSFinder APP, it allows to search by specific phone number and backup/delete any number of selected messages (or all):
