Hi,
this is my 1st Android Device. I'm going from Nokia and Symbian World, and as first impression Android is 1000 times better.
So, the only function miss to Android is the automatic APN enabler.
Let me explain. Into Nokia Settings, i can setup phone to use APN only when application make a request.
In this way, if i sync my email every 15 minutes, 3G connection is enabled only every 15 minutes, and then was disable until next mail sync.
This method to handling mobile data connection will save a lot of battery, without renounce mail synced every 15 minutes.

Is there an app that do this, or is possible to develop it?

I was also looking for an app like this for ages, after some searching, I found NetSchedule, perfect!
