The problem is licensing the sounds. I could make the app eazy enough, but the creators of the south park show would sue me. My guess is MaxDroid got a cease and diciest from them which is why you can not find the app anymore. Now if you could make recordings of your own voice and make it sound almost exactly like Cartman, then we would have royalty free sounds to make the app with, and I would split the profit with you.
