I am a retailer and it would be really handy to be able to have an app that could check upgrade eligibility like you can at the carriers sites, or like on RadioShacks site. (IE ATT, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint) since when you are talking to customers about when their upgrade is available you are on the sales floor. Plus it would give you another opportunity to flash your phone in front of them and make them go "Whoa, you can do that on your phone?"

If this can be done it would be awesome, I have searched high and low for an app that can do this, with no success.
