I'd be willing to pay anything for an app that filters all porn sites and pop ups.
One that cannot be bypassed. I know there is a way to block individual urls but there are millions if not billions

My children and other children in their school want android phones but without parental control options I cannot

Some links/sites deceive the end user with a faux search result or initial page that immediately redirects to porn, etc. That's probably what she's referring to if she's being specific.
