Does anyone know how to create (or willing to create for me ) an app to manage downloads (framework-res, settings.apk) from my ftp server, then flash through a custom recovery please?

I have a custom rom and I would like an application to manage rom version specific downloads (with an index managed / updated remotely).

does anyone have the knowledge to do this / up for a challenge?

examples of this can be seen in Gingervillain custom rom for htc desire and Leomar custom rom for the SGS
