foreign language speech recognition
is there any api or sdk that can helps to build new language speech recognition database for android apps?
i'm currently working hard on this to develop an apps that can recognise other languages such as german or malay.
i hope that the database can be train to recognise more words.
i'm new to eclipse and android apps world,i'll fully appreciate to all who give me a helping hand.
