Requesting a simple app that will keep Wifi turned on or shut it off based on pre-set connection speed rules.

We already have " We-FI " , " Wifi-Ruler " and similar applications that help connect to open hotspots, as well as apps like " WiFiFoFum " for open wifi databases and even " Lookator " for viewing wifi spots in augmented reality.

However there is no intuitive app that i know of that checks the internet speed health while a WLAN connection is in progress and keeps wifi turned on or off checking every now and again based on movement from true gps or other info from the accelerometer.

Also wonder if this could be done with tasker.
