I used to have Gsmart I350. There was a nice feature of that phone. Let me quote to give you some idea from their web page about their application. The method is named as fallows; Wise Talk.

I couldn't find that type of application in the android market for the covering my actual location. May be there is. Could you give me an information if there is.

i wrote an application that plays background sounds when you receive an incoming call. you can choose one of the embedded bg sounds and it will play while receiving call (it starts acctually while ringing). soccer, angry crowd, battlefield, zombie outbreak, war and so on. it works fine on my galaxy tab. here is the apk file;
