Widget to run apps as embeded on home / tiles

Maybe it has been done but I would like a widget, or app.
That runs on the home screen of my device one of the seven tiles given
On evo 4G. Like a run app in window. But the window is stuck to home screen.
And it can run apps in it like games, or adobe pdf viewer.
