QR Code Thumb

A fully featured scientific calculator which looks and operates like the real thing. * Result history * Unit conversions * Percentages * 10 memories * Binary, octal, and hexadecimal * Trig functions in degrees, radians or grads * Scientific, engineering and fixed-point display modes * Physical constants table * Digit grouping * RPN mode * Full built-in help If you find RealCalc useful, please consider buying the 'donate' version to support further development. This has all the same features, plus: * User-customizable unit conversions * User-customizable constants table Quick FAQ: * If any of the digit keys are disabled, or the decimal point doesn't work, or you have answers with letters in, or basic arithmetic appears to be wrong, then you are in binary, octal or hexadecimal mode. Press DEC to return to decimal operation. (BIN/OCT/HEX modes may be entered accidentally via a long-press on add, subtract or divide). * If sin/cos/tan functions don't give the answer you are expecting, make sure you are in the correct angle mode. Degrees, radians and grads are supported, indicated by DEG, RAD, GRAD in the display. Use the DRG key to change mode. * If the percent key appears to give wrong answers, make sure you are pressing '=' at the end, e.g. '25 + 10 % =' will give 27.5. * If you want data size conversions in multiples of 1024, use kibibytes, mebibytes, gibibytes, etc - see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kibibyte. Please read the help for more information. Recent changes: v1.6.3: * Added option to preserve state on calculator close (see 'Keep State' option in settings). * Fixed bug in RPN stack persistence. * Fixed crash on divide-by-zero before open parenthesis. Default RealCalc Scientific Calculator: Full featured calculator with tons of options

Want a good calculator with *lots* of features? What's that you said? You need to use scientific notation, or do HEX math for your programming needs? Look no further than the RealCalc Scientific Calculator. And it's FREE.

I love this calculator so much that I put a shortcut to it on my android desktop. First of all, it looks great. A lot of work went into the user interface on this application and it shows. If you have ever used a scientific calculator you will feel at home using RealCalc, since it has most of the same features, with buttons that have multiple modes, etc. It even includes conversions between units.

If you are an android developer, this is a calculator that comes in handy (although if you are using the same device to test your algorithms on as well as check the math, it may be a little awkward).

Here's a screenshot of how the button options change in HEX and then in BINARY mode:

If you are not a programmer, than you can still use this down at your local mall to quickly calculate the sales percentages of items on sale - just type in the original sale amount, then multiply, and type in the percentage sale (such as "50") and press the percent key. Wallah, your new price! Handy!
