I can't seem to figure out what network this is comming out on.
and is there any sort of window as to when it'll be released?

its already out and its not a phone... check amazon.... here: Amazon.com: archos android tablet

They have released the internet tablet, but have not yet released the archos phone. I recall seeing Q1 or Q2 2010 as a date. Here's a write-up from when they were announced in September.

perhaps Archos phone in CES 2010 but it is just a possiblity

i use the archos 5 IT (32 go and 160go) and it is very good
