Default Archos 101 gets gingerbread.
I have the evo she has the shift and the archos 101 and as of right now she is downloading a firmware update to 2.3.26 (gingerbread), this is relevant because how in gods name is this tablet getting ginger before we do?

The Archos update is not gingerbread. The 2.3.2 is just the Archos firmware number. It did fix my wireless issues though.

just realized that after she re booted it. sorry for the post but considering I personally feel our EVO's are being left behind software wise, it gave me more than enough reason to rant. sorry again all

With only 256mb ram and crazy low app storage, I doubt there is enough space for a Ginger update, since Archos put the OS, stock apps and device storage on a 512mb chip. Displacement is a beeuuch, since a bigger update means even less user app storage.
