Apps download?

Can somebody please help,

I have just purchased an Archos 101 4GB tablet for my Daughters christmas present which would mainly be used for Apps (games etc.). However when I try to download from Appslib I receive a meesage saying download unsuccessful, please make sure you have free space and retry. This is very frustrating as she is unable to use. Could anybody advise me to a solution for this problem

I believe that there is currently an issue with this that they are working on.
