G210help

My problem with the arnova g210, on the BT e mail page I can enter address an subject and send attachments (picture). But I am unable to get the keyboard on screen to type any msgs.Any help to resolve this would be of great help. So far theGeek squad have failed..thanks for reading ...hsb123.
