I've been looking for some cases also and I found a clear shock absorbing finger print proof and scratch proof snap on case. It was like $20-$25 though.
Found a few on Amazon under the Amzer name anything from snap-on to silicone "jelly" Sleeves. When I checked they weren't shipping till this weekend, but haven't checked lateley. Prices started at about $12.00 and the also had screen protectors.
Edit:Just Checked Amazon now it says 1 to 3 month

I'd like to be able to try a case on before buying it. I hope some stores get them soon, I'm getting tired of waiting. I can't even find a stupid invisible shield for it.

I thought I saw some cases at my local Best Buy. I'm still deciding which phone to buy, so I did not look at the cases closely. I just made a note to come back if I decide to buy the Aria.
Here is a little tip, when you go to get accessories for your phone also ask for HTC Intruder accessories because they will work just fine. I got my case and invisible shield today because I didn't realize at the time they were the same.
thats the one i bought fomr my wife and i off ebay, she got her red one, but i havent gotten my black yet.
it seems ok, it's not a real tight fit, but it's not like it's going to fall off. also her's doesnt look like it does in the pic...it does not have those extra rubber bumpers on the corners...even though the pic showed that on ebay too. also it has the amzer name on the back.
hopefully mine actually looks like it does in the pic.
So with all the talk about the Aria screens breaking I've been trying to buy a case. Let's face it, everyone drops their phone at least once, and I just don't want to chance it. I've gone to two AT&T locations and a Best Buy in Nashville and have found zero Aria cases.
I went online and just bought a ZAGG screen protector, but that's to protect it from scratches. I knew AT&T's website and the only decent Aria case for sale by TPU, so I was like, well I'll just order it if I can't find one in town. Well now, AT&T is out of stock, so I search the web with no luck. No other TPU cases for the Aria!
All I an find is those fugly Amzer cases....I didn't buy a nice phone to make it look like something I got from the Wal-Mart clearance bin.
I ordered this one Amzer® Luxe Argyle Skin Case - Smoke Grey :: HTC Aria Cases :: HTC Aria :: Droid Accessories for cheap !.
Although they said they said the 2nd order was not shipping.Out until the 17th.If this case sucks I'm gonna try a silicon one.The one I ordered was only $10 so it looked like worth trying out plus it don't hide the HTC symbol on the back at least in the pic anyway. If anyone knows how this case is made or what its made of please let me no so I can go ahead and get a silicon one if need be.

FWIW - I have the AT&T TPU case and although I didn't like the price, I'm very happy with it. It is a perfect fit. As someone else mentioned, it covers the top on/off switch and you have to press a little harder, but prefer that the switch be covered. BTW, TPU = thermoplastic polyurethane; its the material, not a brand name. I also have the Zagg screen-only protector. Went on without a problem, didn't like the initial "tacky" feeling, but that seems to have subsided or I have gotten used to it. I would have preferred an anti-reflective one, maybe next time.
Did you actually get it from cheapdroids.com? I bought the black case from almost 3 weeks ago and still do not have it.
Yes although it did take about a month to get it.I called them and they said they were waiting on the cases to be made and they were trying to fill the orders asap.I actually ordered one from att also because it was taking so long to get the amzer case so now i have 2.I guess ill save the att one for a spare.
If you know anyone that works for the postal service they can get a 50% discount on all att accessories.

I like the look of your argyle case! I found a plain black off brand rubber case at best buy that I got but I hate it. It has a rubber bar that goes over the att and htc logos on the front that make it hard to pull the notification bar down on the screen.
I'm hoping cheapdroids.com comes through and gets me the case I ordered so I can take this one back. I am tempted to get the argyle one now too though, haha.
does anyone know if there is a otterbox or otterbox like/hard cases for the aria... i'm constantly on the go and if this "screen breaking" thing is true i really cant risk it

I really dig these cases. I've been rocking the smoke one for a couple months now. (These are not the typical silicon soft jelly case. they are more like a flexible hard case. ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWQ5nVbZqpk
Also here is the only decent one-piece snap on case i could find. Its coated in a semi metallic rubberized material. These are probably the best quality cases i've used - but i still prefer the "soft silicone" or TPU/Thermoplastic Urethane.
I do not recommend them if you take your cover off often. They will rub the coating off the corners of your battery cover. You can however take the battery cover off with the attached case in one piece.
Do you use that one? It looks like a peel-n-stick thing, and I can't imagine that it would last long on the curved, textured backshell.
I'd love to find a really thin, stretchy skin case because I like the smallness of the Aria and don't want to bulk it up. i have one of the ATT store screen shields on and like it.
