Default Backup all my apps

I have a lot of apps installed on my Aria. Each time I try a new rom, I have to reinstall all the app one by one. Is there a way to save all my apps in market place so I can re-install them all at once on my new rom?

There's appSaver. It only saves the programs and not any associated user settings or data. You almost need a root backup solution if you want to backup the apps and their settings and data.

Im looking for the same. Does a root type app make changes to your phone? Is it safe to use...not very complicated?
