Is there an app to rotate the screen clockwise too?

And, in addition, be able to rotate the home pages, etc. to landscape?

Its just a few lines of code, what the heck, HTC?

Everything you are asking for is already baked into CyanogenMod 7.0.2 for the Aria. The Home screens will go into landscape mode correctly whether you rotate it clockwise or counter-clockwise.
