Default Aria screen raised/lcd dead during calls

I have just bought an Aria phone ( Intruder ~A6360-not sure this is the right number). As soon as I got it I noticed the glass screen was a little raised at top of phone . Only after I unlocked it ( $21 later) I learned that the issue with the screen is more than cosmetic: when making a call the LCD goes black and ONLY if you push the top of screen back to where the adhesive should hold it, the LCD comes to life.
I need to know how hard/EXPENSIVE is to fix this issue. I’ ve googled the issue and it looks like a few Aria phones had this issue…. How hard/expensive is to repair this issue? Is it jus the adhesive? If so, where do I order the part and how much will it be? Do I order adhesive or do I need a new LCD& DIGITIZER? My first thought was to return the phone as it cannot be used a phone ( the main reason I bought it for) but the seller (ebay) said he wants to work with me… Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
