you can get a MIUI Camera replacement, by overwriting the camera.apk

thats the app you need to do it with. Everyone has had problems trying to do it with TiBu.

You also need root to be able to delete system apps and use apps that require root/su.

If you're not rooted yet you can root it with z4root or gingerbreak (google em of serch these here forums )

if your stock or on a modified stock ROM ther is none, its maxed out at 600Mhz. Lots of ppl like tibu for backing apps and data up etc. Personally I dont like nor use tibu tho

if you rooted with gingerbreak busybox is already installed

Now you navigate to the system/app or cust/metropcs/us/app directories and delete what you dont want. Just make sure to press the R/W button on the top right of the app.

If you want all of the metro bloatware gone you can just delete the whole app dir in cust/metropcs/us.

I've used that one and like it too. Its a good fast browser. For a browser that isn't really as popular as most, which I don't know why it isn't because it is a great browser, I just came to like Opera Mini a little more. I think X Scope is even better then dolphin. There's just to much crap on Dolphin. Its nice if you want 50 million add ons tho. Ahahaha

I agree Dolphin is way too bloated, as is Skyfire. Opera Mini is fast, but it seems like the only two zoom options are either "zoomed all the way out so it's too small to read", or "zoomed in too far so you're constantly scrolling around the screen". It also makes pages too compressed looking. (that's what makes it so fast, though). I will admit Dolphin HD is purdy, though lol.

Hello, welcome to the forum! If you are sure the root worked, try pressing the button that says "problems?" to install the new busybox.

Cry Removed MetroPCS Bloatware

I removed MetroPCS Bloatware on my Huawei and I deleted the file that allows me to get on the internet, facebook app, MMS (I can actually receive MMS but not open) I can't send or receive, emails. I can go online via WI-FI. I did a hard reset already and still no luck.

Are you on 2.1 or 2.2? Z4root only roots 2.1 you need GingerBreak-v1.20.apk to root 2.2

Its an .apk which is an application just like Z4root. Its almost identical to Z4root just put it on your phone and install it and click root just like in z4
