Default Unresponsive / Screen Hang

Hi, I am loving my prime, however I have had a few instances of part of my screen being none responsive. This has happen in the mail app, stock browser and opera browser.

The problem is that the top third of the screen becomes unresponsive so that I can't open settings, favorites or type a url in the browser. In the mail app I cannot delete selected e-mails.

I changed the orientation to portrait and all worked but when I did a 180 I could use the top of the screen but then the home back and recent apps soft keys did not work. ie bottom of the screen froze.

I put the screen ito standby turned on again and all appeared ok.

Has anyone esle had this issue?

I haven't seen this issue, but a reboot may solve the issue or clearing out unwanted cache in manage applications. The reboot will also clear out unwanted cache

Just been having a play on my prime and it has done it a few more times. I have rebooted but it has not solved the issue. If I turn the screen off and on it sorts out the problem. Just did it while writing this post opera. I have the tab in a cover that was on my tf1. This could be the cause.

The cover could be the cause of the issue. Have you done the latest update, I guess I do remember before the update that the screen would freeze for an instant but it would then correct itself

No its not the case. Its done it when the case has been off. There is no new firmware so I am sure I have the latest. Maybe ics wil take care of it.
