For some reason my tablet wont let me pay a bill on line unless I do a reset. I know it's the tablet because I can do it just fine on my phone. Any ideas? I deleted a bunch of apps I wasn't using to make sure that wasn't the problem. I didn't used to have this problem.

Okay. So now I can't pay bills with my tablet or phone so I'm thinking it has something to do with ics since I updated my phone to ics. I can still do everything else, check statements, savings etc, but I can' t pay bills. It wouldn't be that big a deal but I just went into my computer room and smelled something funny and looked at my laptop and the battery light is blinking from orange to green. I think it's shot. Little help here guys.
