Default ICS update force closes

I have a tf101 and I am trying to update to thee new ice cream sandwhich update and when ever I try to check for updates or it auto detects the OTA. It force closes the update. I already factory reset it and it still is doing it and I have cleared the cache of the program that force closes. Any thoughts?
