after update cannot download attachments

It appears that I cannot download any attachments in my hotmail account since installing the update. Has any one experienced this? could I have accidentally turned off the ability to download and it is just a coincidence? any suggestions?

try long-holding whatever you're trying to download. But my hotmail works fine. (from the email app, dunno about the browser.)

I tried that but it only does a text selection. It is happening with Dolphin HD and Opera browsers, Does any one else have any suggestions for me
