usb adapter for just tablet?

i read somewhere there is a usb adapter that can be used through the proprietory port asus uses on the transformer infinity.
is that true?
if so, what is it called?

has anyone used it to...
1) attach an external HDD?
2) attach a digital camera?

Lots of them listed at Amazon.
I know a HDD will work, not sure about a camera, but I'd have to assume it does (it's just another 'drive' at that point).

i can confirm a 320 GB HDD will connect and read. As well as card readers and flash drives.

did u need to do anything special before connectiing your 320gig EXT HDD?

i bought the transformer infinity but am unable to connect my western digital ext hdd, its 500gig.

any ideas?
