Still Fighting Skype issue

Running JB with the last firmware update.
a. When I am calling a party from the tablet my video does not show up
on my party's Skype.
b. When I am calling the same person from my desktop (Windows)
my party DOES see me.
c. I logged in Skype of my desktop under a different name. I call it from
my tablet: my video DOES shows up.
Whats going on???

I have tried re-installing Skype on the tablet - no difference
