Default Joining you all in TF300 land

Hi all, just had a confirmation of dispatch for the TF300 I ordered earlier on.

It was that vs the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, which was only a major contender due to the 3G. I've just decided to tether from my SGS2 if I need data out and about, would rather have a better tablet.

Have already got a shed load of apps on my Play account to shove over to it once it arrives (after the JB update I would think, though not sure whether I need flash for now..).

Should arrive tomorrow so will have a play.

Love the idea of the keyboard dock, that and the speed over the GT2 won me over.

Welcome. I think you will like your tf300, I certainly did. When you first switch it on you will probably find you will be prompted to download 1 or maybe 2 updates, which will get you to the Jelly Bean version of Android (the latest).

If it's not too late., be sure to root before taking updates.... If you plan to root of course. Beats the password out of back dating to root, unless you are going unlock the bootloader.

Just picked one up yesterday. At the price you can't beat it, especially when its close to or just a little more than what people want you to pay to buy their used tablet. So far I'm good to go and enjoying it! Hopefully its worth the $$$
