Hi ,

My name is Dean from cornwall uk and I have just got a new tf300t and really need some help as im no good with this sort of thing but trying to learn.

Firstly ....jelly bean? I tryed to download the update but cant seem to get it to work ? please understand that I am usto a laptop using windows where you click download and it installs itself etc.

it says not update currently available

do I have to resister or something like that to get update?

How did you try to download it? What happened when you did? It should all be automatic and your tablet will restart automatically. Visually you will notice any real change.

Go into Settings then scroll down to "About tablet" and press that. What Android version is being reported? If it is 4.1.1 you are up to date and already have Jelly Bean.
