When i put my tablet on the mobile dock it doesn't register. It will usually show at the bottom right corner that its attached. But it doesn`t anymore. Also when I go to settings it says mobile dock version not available. I tried pressing the 4th button on the top and nothing happens. When I press the caps light key it don't turn on. I plug in the charger and it chargers the tablet when I have the dock connected. The usb works on it because i use it to charge my phone. But when I take the tablet off the dock it stops charging my phone on the usb. I make sure when i place the tablet on the dock it goes all the way to the right to snap into place and it still doesn`t connect. I did the firmware update and nothing. Also I did the hard reset 10 times. Is there something Im missing or maybe I turned off a setting somewheres?

Try settings/language and input. What do you have set as default? It should be Asus keyboard. If not click and choose that.
