Default Font Changing

In short - yes you can.

Need a few things to accomplish this:

1) TTF fonts (readily availabe on sites like dafont.com, and there are free conversion sites out there as well to go OTF to TTF). Try this site for screenshots of how many fonts appear on Android phones.

2) An app like TypeFresh.

Copy the fonts over to your phone - I use dropbox, then use root explorer to move them to an easily findable folder (like "downloads"). Open up TypeFresh and backup your existing fonts. Then you're looking to replace DroidSans and DroidSansBold - those are the main two fonts on your phone. Find where you saved the fonts, and then apply them. That should reboot your phone, and when it restarts, it should have the new fonts in place.

Next Phone: Your guess is as good as mine!
Nook HD+: Rooted, no need to ROM.
Atrix 2: Rooted, soon to be retired.
Captivate: Retired
