Hey people!!!! I have a MAJOR PROBLEM!!!
I recently have changed from my laptop to another. I transferred all of my music to my new iTunes and redownloaded Motorola Media Link( i didnt have a problem with it before )..... ANYWAYS!!! When i opened up the little control panel for my phone on my windows computer, i went to the media manager and it opened up media link, AND SOMEHOW it made all of my iTunes songs into windows media player format!!! I went to windows media player and deleted everything from there, and yet it still wasnt fixed. I then made sure it only took songs from iTunes and synced my phone. When i opened up my library, all of my titles were different, the album covers were different, and there were duplicates even triplets of my music!!! I tried for 4 hours and i have not resolved the problem. On the computer the music is completely normal. Anyone have any clues on what i should do???

Ok guys!!!1 so i fixe my problem. What we did was we restored my itunes, and it turns out here were like some major problems on it, so we fixed those. Then we uninstalled media link and re-installed it. but instead of doing the one that the phone did automatically, we went to the motorola website ad downloaded that one. now everything is fixed and and back to normal!!! haha hope this helps anyone!!!
