When powered on, I see the boot screen and then the android logo. After the android logo there is just a black screen. I can hear the startup sound and keyboard strokes, but there is just a black screen. Is there anyway to do a factory reset or reflash the netbook? Thanks.

On my netbook, Augen Genbook 108, there is a pin hole on the back. Push a pen tip or paper clip into the hole and push the reset button. On some other models I have read that opening the back of the netbook is required to access the recess button, but that may void your warranty. Hope this helps.
