Default Avail never asks for Superuser rights

Just wondering if this is something unique to this phone. Already rooted and everything, but even when I had Superuser installed (I uninstalled it because nothing ever once asked for permission), it did nothing. The list never populated with anything.

Can anyone clear this up?

just installing superuser should have asked for rights, you sure you are rooted?

Positive I am rooted. TiBU Pro works flawlessly.

I have used a few different programs to make sure I was rooted, and checked it with ADB too.

Really strange.

I have reflashed back to the stock rom, unrooted, RErooted and gotten everything back to the way I had it before.

Didn't even install SuperUser this time. It isn't needed, apparently, on the Avail.
