I rooted my motorola backflip i played with it and stuff i downloaded titanium backup super manager, and ROM manager.

I went into ROM manager setting and saw flash recovery i clicked that reboot back up and wipe data and wipe cache appeared i checked the reboot backup and i forgot the other thing but anyway i didnt click wipe date and cache.
i pressed ok it rebooted and now its stuck on the reboot motorola logo how do i fix this or is it just broke?
