I followed all steps but still get error: no device found...could someone help..

"No device found" during which portion of the procedure? It could be that you don't have the backflip drivers installed in your computer, or that you've not enabled debugging in the menu > settings > applications > development > debugging checkbox.

Are you using the rooting method outlined here?:

hi i am new here i have the same problem i used this tutorial , and i followed all the steps but when i went to the cmd to install the .apk , it says error:device not found
