Im lovin this rom its very stable but one thing that bothering me is the battery life. I have only 10+ hours with moderate use of surfin the net and few calls / Text. Widgets also have been set to refresh/update every 3hr. Wifi off,Bt off,GPS off, brightness 30% and Screen Timeout 30sec.Spare parts reported there is no abnormal partial wake up activity. I've tried to drain my battery and charging it full while off, but so far no improvement. One question tho can I use Bhman's Batterystats.bin?? I have no luck in adb pushing it since /data/system not exist

You can push it while in recovery mode.
My phone has 28% left after 12 hours of moderate use with brightness on 50%.
on my phone the market has been very slow, and i kind of weird ever since i had the final build of galaxy rom, but i did this rom on a fresh install, from 1.5 to 1.6 wiped and everything. is there anytype of fix for this?
Would you please advice (or provide a new version of the 1.6 tweaked) to do a clean install.
This will make sure that the expected result is consistant for all users.

Microhaxo, I just wanted to say thank you to you (and everyone else who took part in getting this out) for all your hard work in pulling this together!
I have a BHII coming in the mail sometime this week, and I'm looking forward to getting involved in the ever growing Android modding community.
I like this better than galaxy. vibrate works with this and the camera is better and its overall very stable. also I hated holding down the button to unlock with galaxy. But the native message app is butt ugly.
First, thanks a lot for the Rom. It is awesome. I found an issue for the v2 of the ROM. When i switch the phone to vibrate mode, it does not vibrate when receiving message. I change the option inside the progrm but it doesn't work either. Can you take a look. Thanks...
It is a side effect to not having the TwMms. A simple fix is to download Smart Vibrator app from the market (free), all you have to do is just install it and you get your vib back for sms/mms for those who want it.

That is the "Superuser Whitelist" app. If the phone if properly rooted any other app that tries to use root access with be interrupted by SU Whitelist until you confirm or deny its request. You can set it to remember your choice and then the application shows up in the list when you open SU Whitelist.

So since this v2 ROM is not rooted, does it mean that the Superuser Permission application is useless then?
vertigo, I had issues flashing from Take5. I had to reflash 1.6 stock, and then flash this tweaked rom. But others have said I think that you can just do a hard reset or something. And you will lose all your stuff and you have to reload all apps.
Installed the tweaked V2 ROM. I see that the T-Mobile logo was removed from the boot process. Is it possible to remove the logo from the shutdown process as well?

I'm still having sleep issues... it seems to be fine on reboot, but some application I use is causing it not to go to sleep. I've tried killing all active, inactive, and even system tasks but that doesn't fix it. The only thing that does is a reboot. :/
Is there a way I can change the Android battery indicator to something more useful? My phone is currently at 23% battery left, and the Android icon looks exactly like it did when it was fully charged.
Update: After rebooting the phone, the icon is now partly brown, partly green. Did anyone else have this problem, that the icon does not update itself? Thanks.

This has been discussed before, and it's a general bug that SamSung has carried around in their build of 1.6 for a while ( hence why I haven't upgraded to this build myself ). Other apps have similar issues if they're left running when your screen shuts off, the app will maintain a partial-wake lock and keep the phone from suspending itself ( verified on my part by capturing logs and sending them to myself via SendLog ). Different apps can cause it, BlueRSS, NewsRoom, even the default Messaging app can cause it. Rebooting is about the only recourse we have at the moment, once the phone has experienced that issue.
Good news is that i completely got rid of TouchWizContacts and replaced with the galaxy contacts..
Bad news.. The TouchWizPhone.apk has roots in half of the phone, i cant replace it which means currently i have two dialers. The galaxy dialer and the touchwiz dialer.
Not good. Hopefully i can figure out how to completely remove, but its looking like a nightmare.

I'm digging V2 of the rom, it's smooth fast and stable. But in the next version any chance you could add more sounds/ringtones like in a lot of bh_man's rom's?
re try it, use a different usb port and make sure you're in download mode and not recovery.
I thought I killed my phone. I pulled the battery after 2 hours and it would boot up to a screen with A phone A sign with a ! in it and a PC. Re set everything in odin and the phone and tried flashing BH2_OTA16_TWEAKEDv2.tar.md5 again. Still would not Finnish.
I tried to do the recovery mode and it seemed to work at first but the touch screen would not work as mentioned so I re Started the phone and got that phone-sign-pc screen again.

So......
I tried flashing T939UVJE2_OEM-OnePackage-20100701.tar.md5 the original 1.6 and 5 minutes later My phone was back to normal. ?????? Now I'm confused. Maybe I need to re-download the tweaked rom and try again

I remember BHman Tried to completely remove Twiz once but stopped because the phone function (dialer) dependent on Contacts.apk.
You might wanna take a look at this : Cincinatti Bell releasing the Behold II ....
Porting it to T-MO Behold2 might be easier since it's running Stock 1.6 Android.
Well... I was up until 2am last night and Nothing I tried would let me flash the tweaked v2 of this rom. It loads the kernel then starts the system in about 2 min then locks. The clock keeps counting but that's it. When I pull the Battery, Odin reacts accordingly to the dis-connection so it is not the program.
I tried it as PDA and One Package.
When I did the Factory recovery mode after the failed flash the phone acts like it was restored but the screen does not work. Restarting the phone to get the touch to work again and the phone shows the black screen whti the Phone....!....PC symbol
The official OTA 1.6 rom flashes in about 4 min.
I have not yet tried the older tweaked yet nor any other of the roms.
Any Ideas as to why?
My phone was purchased new with first the update on it already and I recieved the OTA 1.6 from t-mobile about 3 weeks ago. Never been flashed ever.

Look for the Full Flash flies T939UVJA3-Odin.zip on the list of latest ROMs. Follow the directions there. This one is NOT ONE PACKAGE. This will bring your phone back to 1.5.
After that, you should flash the official 1.6, T939UVJE2 OEM. This one should be flashed as ONE PACKAGE.
After that, you can try the tweaked ROM. This one should be flashed as PDA.
You may need to do a full flash, but I'm not an expert, so maybe others can help.

I cant see how flashing Down to original 1.5 just to re-flash back to OTA 1.6 again would make a difference as the end result is OTA 1.6
