i was up 5 times... But...

Try putting it on one package and check the box that says one package and try again

Do not do one package. This will cause issues. ( I found this out myself). Try another USB port and try again. Make sure you are in download mode.

What OS are you running? Looks like xp but could be vista or win7 with graphics turned down... *shrug*

Drivers

If your running vista or win7 make sure to turn driver signing enforcement off.
