If you mail it to me I'll "attempt" to fix it. I can not guarantee you didn't brick it. PM me if you want and I'll give you my addie.

Edit: I can cover shipping back to you (I work for a shipping company) and won't charge.

I encountered this exact problem myself... and still haven't found a fix for it, unfortunately. Even share the 5% thing, bizarre.

Good luck, corolla!

Aye, I definitely hope you're able to figure out a way to properly flash corolla's, j0hnh0lmes. Thanks for the offer, but I'm still fiddling with mine off and on as a hobby - it's not my main phone or anything. Do post back on your progress, though!

Well it wasn't a usual flash job if that's what your asking. It took me about 30 min to get it working again.

If you want me to fix yours just shoot me a PM.

FriedBunny, your phone has also been fixed. You can usually get a new screen (digitizer) on ebay for around $20.

That's amazing, frankly - thanks! Indeed, I've been eying a new digitizer for a while and now you've given me a reason to actually invest in one.

So how do we avoid this happening to our phones again in the future? It appears I missed something in the Odin flashing, but I've no idea what...

Well, honestly you & corolla90 did something totally different than the other. I think his was just a cable issue. It could be the same for both, just became a problem @ different times of the flashing. It's hard to say without looking @ the file system which I didn't really have time to look @ due to my brother being a dumb ass (long story, he lives several states away).

Tracking # has been Pm'd.

Anyone else need help with their phone while I'm on a roll?

As I've offered to many people. I'll (attempt) to fix your phone but you have to cover shipping both ways.

I don't charge for info. I just require people to cover shipping to me to fix the phone (If you can't do it yourself.) There are several thread here explaining how to flash a rom.
