i've downloaded and installed everything. but when i go to cmd and type in "adb devices" it just says list of devices, but my phone isn't detected. i've installed every usb driver possible for windows 7 but nothings worked. my phone is in debugging mode when i connect to computer. i've used the guide from here.

I fixed it, but now when i type in "/data/local/try3 /system/bin/sh" it just says [1] killed /data/local/try3 /system/bin/sh
