Behold 2 Software Update......firmware......?

I have tried every solution that I think of. I do not have access to a computer. I tried the "Any Cut" thingy, but that did not work at all. I tried calling t-mobile, but they said I had to pay $200.04. What the hell? I really did not understand that part, but I want to find a easy way to do this and save my money. Can anyone please help me? c-:

Without a computer and if TMo can't push it to your phone OTA, I don't know that there's anything you can do except ship it to another person to upgrade for you.
