Has anyone got video calling working on the galaxy s2 on bell network?

Stupidly, this is a feature that you have to pay for at $5/month.
I guess for the extra bandwidth it takes... Right.

I use Fring..great for video calling, but still a little slow...but it works great over 3g/4g network
the other added value, u can also have ur other messaging programs like messenger and yahoo
