Default Need Help Unrooting

So I am getting a replacement phone because my current phone has a cracked lcd and some dead pixels. I am rooted with R3L3As3Droot And 43V3R Root and I am on 5.9.902. After I have all my apps backed up with titanium backup how should i go about unrooting and taking off 43V3R Root because I need to send my old phone back? Thanks for any help!

Motorola Droid Bionic- 2.3.4 rooted and debloated

LG Ally- 2.2.1 rooted with Velocity v1.2 OC at 768

it is easy. follow the steps in this thread http://androidforums.com/bionic-all-things-root/480176-how-flash-5-5-893-5-9-902-rsdlite.html but use the stock modifed 5.9.902 file. it will put your phone back to stock but kept all your data.
