Thanks to my very good friend mavrikmeercat for telling me to edit the build.prop and adding a couple lines.
.
This new build.prop that i edited actually speeds up your phone from somewhere to 20-30 percent and also reduce lags. Its very easy to install the new build.prop please follow the directions below.
Added them in the thread and most of the lines that were added comes from the
SuperCharger script. I will update it from time to time to improve speed even more at least to a noticeable point. I will run a test to compare the changed files between the original ones and come back with the snapshot of the test. Most of the added tweaks are to improve the camera and speed of it but 2 or 3 lins we're added to also improve the performance of the phone.
Update:
A update is coming tomorrow thats suppose to improve battery life, the line that i will add helps the phone sleeps better.

i wanna know adnroidxD did you see a speed difference? to me i didn't really since i didnt experience any lagging to begin with
Actually i did. Since i am a "have so many apps on your phone guy" & widgets. So you know it made my phone faster & i would experience lag Like everytime i would go from one app to another while have a bunch of other apps open (i dont know why) lol well over all it makes it faster
Just installed a few minutes ago and I see the difference immediately...thanks so much I can't wait for the update my battery like everyone else's sucks and I am one of the people that get random and sometimes frequent restarts...I just deal with it because I love this phone...patience is a virtue
I dont see the new video mode either...but I did update to the new build just a few moments ago and it could just be me Im sure others will chime in but the phone seems laggy...slower than last night when i installed the first build maybe its just my phone but I'd deal with the poor battery in order to have swift speed I may have to switch back to the previous one...thanks for all your hard work and effort...you rock

Here is a screenshot of the camcorder modes. I dont remember them being there before and there is a line in the edited build.prop about video modes so i assume they showed up AFTER i updated to the edited build.prop. hope that helps.

Yes i just noticed that issue last night. Had to turn off wifi the imeadiatly reboot the phone to get it to stop turning on. Not sure why, ima check those added lines in the build.prop and if there are any about wifi i will deleate and retest.
Ok, what i had to do to correct the wifi turning on automatically was to edit the modified build.prop line wifi.supplicant.scan_interval=180 to =90. I have no idea why it would be an issue but that is what worked for me.

I use mine sometimes. But mine never turns on by itself... I have had a problem where I try to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on and I have to Do a reboot to fix.. but I've had that problem for a while.

I have that same issue sometimes too, wifi hanging when turning on and having to reboot. Annoying but dosent happen all that offten for me. Ill try editing my scan interval to 120 and see what happens....

I wonder why it does that? It kinda annoys me. Does it too much. Almost every other time I use Wi-Fi tether.
Wow, great job! I noticed that the widgets loaded much faster after reboot. Very smooth. As the phone started to fill up it started to get a little slower and this is fantastic work you've done.
One thing about the instructions, though...
You may want to add a line about backing up the original build.prop in case one needs to revert.
Device(s): Galaxy Note II
ZTE Warp n00b ROM
Samsung Prevail CT Mod ROM
Carrier: Verizon, Boost

Good point, I am kicking myself for not doing this, on that note, anyone want to upload a stock build.prop for me?
I will try removing the wifi line to see if that works for my issue.

thanks again for your work chevan, looking forward to your ROM, how's progress on that BTW, not asking for an ETA, just curious how you are coming along on it?

I added the latest update last night and did a couple of reboots and the wifi issue still exists, I didn't notice it over the weekend because I was near wifi but my signal sucks at work already and so the phone trying to connect to wifi every few seconds sucks...but the battery lasted all day :-) I normally have to plug it in about 2ish so there is always a goos and bad or good and mediocre I guess...I thank you thank you thank you
Thank you very much. I just got my Warp and I rooted first than I put this tweak in. Coming from the Prevail this phone is so much more snappy. I didn't really get a lot of time to play with it. I can tell you than with this tweak net flicks works way better. When I first got phone watch a 30min anime withe a few spots where the phone had to buffer, after tweak no buffer on next anime i watched.
