Use that same kernal you've been using, after you flash this rom, flash that kernal.

Yeah its gonna do that because its a fast reboot. It doesnt have time to set up the system since all this is usually done while the boot animation is playing.

I like this WP7 4.1 Rom, fast and clean but the wp7 4.0 seemed a bit snappier. Maybe it's just me.
I tried "warp 2.6.35.7 OC 16" and "Universal OC Kernel signed" on WP7 4.1 Rom and just get a boot screen freeze, so I just settle for no OC. Just wanted to see what it's like to have that extra speed.
I realy like this ROM. It works.........all of it. Fast, stable, and the animations are slick.
Are you using an OC kernel on the wp7 4.1 and if so where can I find one that work? I tried 2 and no luck with boot.
And as for the speed, it is fast and the animations look 3d in certain areas and the "screenshot" in extended power menu is just what I was looking for. Great Rom.
Props to "Chevanlol360" and "Mr. Bobo" for this Fast-Smooth and Cool Rom. Keep doing what you do, because you guys made this Rom do what it do. Peace Dev's.

Thanks but I forgot to edit this post, I found DTM's OC Kernel before the sun came out this morning. You know this Rom is a beast with speed without OC kernel but with it I have to put space Boot's on my Warp just to keep it from flying away. lol Thanks for the Reply
I just installed this rom today and I'm wondering why the heck did I wait so long! WP7 is a gem. I'm really loving the customization it offers and the performance is crazy quick. Thank you and please keep up the awesome work!
Couple questions while I am at it. Coming from another rom, some of the boot up screens will not go away after I installed WP7. Is this common? Is it possible to make the WP7 statusbar to stay across all screen? It jumps back and forth from Android and WP7 when I switch to an app.

Hey where is every body? hello, hello, I guess you guy's are out helping other Moder's, well anyway I seem to be using this Rom on a regular basis. And I must say that I am pleased with what you guy's have done with this Rom.
I'm having the same issue going from phone data to wifi. I wiped dalvik cache, but it is still having trouble toggling back and forth? Any other ideas?

Yes. Its like it wont switch back and forth. Not every time, but when it does, the only solution is a reboot. I also found out today that I am missing sms messages? Don't know if they are related. Thanks for the help. Hope it doesn't sound like all I'm doing is complaining, this phone is 1 million times more stable than before.

Im really debating on trying out this rom. Im nervous that if I dont like it, I wont be able to get my stock rom back.. Does anyone know how or where to get the stock rom. And is this rom really worth the change on the ZTE Warp
i have been using this rom for 4 days and i love it very smooth and fast and no problems at all. one thing i would like is to get rid of the boost mobile lock screen maybe something windows based

If you are rooted. You can make a Nandroid backup in CWM or TWRP. So, it is easy to bring back you old phone settings if you don't like the ROM.
Same issue as "djwell" wi-fi not working properly. My wi-fi can't connect to my Camera or anything else, so I went back to stock rom and it connects with no problems. But hey I don't want to use a stock rom just to use my wi-fi. I've become attached to this wp7 Rom 4.1. I need a solution. Can anyone help? I'm waiting to hit that thank you button.

can one or both of you try opening and editing the build.prop file under /system and add a pound to the following line:
video.accelerate.hw=1
so it looks like this: #video.accelerate.hw=1
reboot to recovery after that, wipe cache and advanced wipe dalvik cache and then reboot and tell me if your issue is cleared.
I rooted my phone before btw and only did so to use the BLACKOUT rom? Been using it a few months now but after seeing a friends windows phone, I really liked it and fancied a change on mine. Was so happy to see a windows phone ROM for android so I wanted it, but it wont install.
The Blackout rom is the only rom ive ever had on my phone, before that I was not rooted.
Just thought id say that incase there is something obvious I am not doing? I tried wipe data/reset factory settings too, but didnt help

First I was getting the assert failed, but I figured that out.. WinRAR and removed the verifying from the code.
Trying it again now, and now its saying Error in /sdcard/wp74.1.exe (status 1)
What else can I do?
This rom is for the zte warp on boost mobile only, I don't recognize that other rom you mentioned so it leads me to believe you are trying to flash this on a different phone, roms are phone specific they will only work for the phone they were developed for.

The best place to discuss ROM's for your phone would be in the sub-forum for your device... in your case Desire HD (or more specifically, in the root section for the phone... Desire HD - All Things Root)
