Its like a verification code for the zip. If the number is different from the one the creator sets it, that means the file is currpt or something was changed.

Thanks bro, lol kinda wish i had the Warp to try all the great ROM's available here, think i might get the HTC Evo design 4g or the Warp Sequent by the end of the year. I never keep a phone thats more than and year and a half old since the day i purchased it. a Year is coming up with my Ultra in november and im already bored of it. Lol its Great phone but i need at least a 4.0 inch screen cause 3.5 just ain't cutting it anymore. I also need ICS already so i think the Evo or the Sequent would be good for me. I also saw pictures of a new LG phone that boost plans to drop sometime in november or december "Rumor" for now of course but its suppose to feature a 4.0 inch screen ICS and 1.2 GHz processor and a candy bar motorola Droid like design. Im Holding off till january to see if it actually comes to boost in the leaked pics it actually looks very nice its either gray or white i forgot but the color looks great.
I think you would be better off with the sequent it looks nice and has better specs then the evo(I believe)
True and who woudnt take up up 1.4 GHZ processor? Im waiting out on reviews of the sequent as well. Need to know Any bugs/problems i should know about!
You have to add them, the application drawer is to the right top of the launcher if I remember correctly.

Maybe, the launcher sucks a$$ honestly think I'm gonna drop both it and goo launcher and switch to xperia launcher in the next update.
Looks good, i noticed how the alarm clock was to the right past the battery, i'll be changing that so that no notification can go past battery 3g or wifi signal.
Sweet thanks for the report, got 150 downloads since released sunday night. to be honest i'll probably discontinue it after the next few updates. Thread doesnt get much traffic and not a lot of people seem to dig it also i dont have a good amount of time to work on the ROM it self. I was gonna discontinue it early but was too lazy to even shut it down haha. It's a good thing i didn't cause saturday morning i got up at 8 am and just decided to port the latest lidroid and add swipe to clear to the ROM. Dont ask why cause i dont even know why i did it lol, i guess i just wanted to give it one last good update before i let her go ya know?
Where can I get the xperia corner launcher? I'm leaving the warp and I want to keep this ROM for my mom to use. since its a good stable ROM and it was the 1st ROM I started with.

Delete what you have, start fresh and re download the file. Boot into cwm and click install from zip. Then choose it. Then reboot
Is it 1 or 2 files? It shows I installed the home launch launcher apk but it doesn't show in my launchwe when I press home nor my apps in settings
Edit: did fresh download of both files the. Zip didn't want to flash it said aborted.? The other is home.apk I can't flash nor install.? Is there something wrong?

Follow the installation instructions its as clear as on can be. Your flashing it wrong. Download nd file and do not unzipp it. Then boot into cwm and select flash zip and choose sip then locate where you placed/downloaded the wp74.0.zip and select it and trn select yes and wait for it to install.

So I have been running this ROM for a little more than a day now and I just want to say it's GREAT. Haven't had a single reboot or force close yet. I've read on this thread that Launcher7 has been causing some people problems but I guess I'm the lucky one because I haven't had any problems. This is by far the most stable ROM I have flashed and I will be using it until another stable one comes out that packs a lot of features like this (if ever lol). I've had a problem in the past when my wi-fi wouldn't turn on (even on stock) unless i rebooted but with WP7 I don't have that problem. Even Swipe2Clear Notifications are a lot smoother compared to other ROM's. I just want to say great job on this I'm sad to hear that your going to be ditching it.

ok cool so wp74.0zip is flashable ? nice got a handy link to a cwm install for this phone ? i run the transfrom ultra just trying to add some niceness to the wifes phone . i am also assuming this rom has root ?

we fixed the launcher 7 issue in this release, there should be no problems with force close on that app any more, great to hear you haven't had any issues, welcome aboard!

Yes WP7 is a flashable.zip and im not sure where to find an installation guide for CWM for the Warp as i dont have one. Check around the forums.
